The meeting will start at 7:30PM. The quorum for the Annual General Meeting, as required in By-Law item 1.11, is “…not less than two members of the Executive plus twelve active members, present in person or by proxy.” This is an important meeting for the club so please make every effort to attend this meeting or send a proxy.
